SWA - Must have at least an associates degree in "social
service technology" from an accredited educational institution.
An official transcript showing conferred degree(s) must be
sent directly from the school to the Board office verifying your
degree and all coursework. (Please see rule 4757-19-03). Student
copies are not acceptable.
It takes approximately two to four months to become licensed or
registered. Your application, fee, test scores and transcripts must
be received by the Board to review your file.
