Update - Transition to CE Broker
The Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board is working with CE Broker to implement a range of services, including online applications for provider and program approval, as well as licensee audit functions. We expect the online applications for program and provider approvals to be very similar to the current paper forms. The transition to online applications will begin in early June 2017, at which time we will discontinue the use of paper forms. The online application process will require the payment of fees using a credit card. We are notifying you now as we know that a number of providers pay fees by business check and may need time to transition to the new method of payment. The option to use a business check will end when the new system is introduced in early June. We realize that this change may be a burden for your organization. By using CE Broker, we hope to be able to streamline the process for approving provider and program applications.
As we approach the go live date for the new system, we will share updates on how to register and apply for provider or program approval.
Approved CE Providers are individuals or businesses wanting to apply for an initial CEU Provider approval. A fee of $125 is required and all materials need to be received 60 days prior to the next Board meeting.
Approved CE Programs are for individuals or business wanting approval for a single CEU program, which include a fee of $30 dollars and all materials need to be received by the first of the month.
